Chen Zhao

Hello, I'm Zhao Chen 👋👋, a Master's student in Biomedical Engineering (BME) at City University of Hong Kong (CityU).

My learning journey has been a bit unconventional 😂: Undergraduate background rooted in the interdisciplinary field of Medical Informatics; later developed a passion for Computer Vision (CV), self-taught OpenCV, deep learning-based image detection/segmentation/human pose estimation, and attempted to solve few-shot segmentation problems; now fully immersed in the world of Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring the intersection of natural language processing and biomedical engineering. 💻 Recent Learning & Projects:

• Systematically organize the Agent development process, use the Qwen-Agent framework for rewriting, and complete the setup of the intelligent agent project module from 0 to 1;
• currently working :
  1. Develop an Agent from scratch；
  2. StarCore MedLink Smart Healthcare Platform；
• Five completed projects:
  1. ChatBI Intelligent Data Analysis Assistant (Securities Research Scenario, Text2SQL, Time Series Forecasting, Dynamic Visualization);
  2. General browser automation Agent (based on OpenManus MCP protocol, three-layer fallback positioning mechanism, long-link task success rate 80%);
  3. Chinese medical large model LoRA fine-tuning (Qwen3.5-0.8B, BLEU 212.9%, VRAM only 1.43GB);

4. Enterprise RAG System (Intelligent Retrieval and Q&A for Internal Documents);
5. AI search applications (Elasticsearch rapid retrieval of massive data);

🔍 Career Goal: To integrate my interdisciplinary background in medical-engineering and LLM expertise, exploring the practical applications of AI in healthcare, and becoming a cross-disciplinary engineer proficient in both healthcare and algorithms.
